Maison Trilussa standard fare is 90.00 EUR per day for the apartament. Home can host 4 pax.

• Children under two years host free (using the cradle)
• Children under twelve years host free (using additional beds)
• Other guests older than twelve years pay an additional fee of 15.00 EUR per night (using additional beds)
  

The fee includes all services and consumption. It’s excluded city tax, mandatory for City of Rome, and it’s 3.50 EUR pax per night.

Check in is from 12.00 AM to 10.00 PM, late check out after 10.00 PM has an extra charge of 30.00 EUR.

Check out must be made before 10 AM; on customer request and for special needs we are willing to agree different time.

For every stay is due an additional cost of 30.00 EUR fo the final cleaning. On request, for stays longer the three night, you can have cleaning service for 30.00 EUR.

A 200.00 EUR bailment will be request at arrival; the amount will be fully refundable at the check out after damage inspection and after excluding damage.
